My love for photography began with travel. I’ve carried a camera with me wherever I’ve gone, drawn to the fleeting beauty of places, people, and the soft moments that pass quickly but stay with us long after they’re gone. What began as a way to preserve memories slowly grew into a devotion to photography as an art form.
During college, I realized I didn’t have to cross oceans to find the moments that moved me most. The tenderness of a glance, the warmth between two people, the poetry of everyday life — I could simply vacation in others’ lives for a brief moment, stepping into their world and capturing the devotion between them. Photography became my way of pausing time, preserving the memories that often feel most meaningful only after they’ve quietly passed.
I grew up in Southern California, where the rolling hills, vast deserts, and golden coasts sparked my love for seeing the world through a lens. From childhood, I was drawn to light, color, and the vast beauty in everyday moments — a curiosity that has stayed with me ever since. After moving from one coast to another, I have fallen deeply in love with New England and its changing seasons. There’s a rugged romance to this landscape — auburn autumns, pastel coastal summers, and the stillness of winter that feels endlessly inspiring

I married my high school sweetheart, Hunter, at nineteen. Over the years, I’ve had the rare opportunity to grow up alongside him. I’ve fallen in love with every version of him — my lifeguarding high school boyfriend, my teenage fiancé, my sailing husband during his six years in the Coast Guard, my adventurous travel partner, and now the father of our beautiful baby boy, Theo. He has always loved me so softly, sweetly and steadfast, which are characteristics I always aim to bring to my art.
Recently becoming a mother has deepened my perspective even further. It’s a constant reminder of how fleeting time can be and how precious the small, tender moments are — the laughter, the glances, the tiny milestones that pass in a heartbeat. Photography has become my way of soaking in those moments, of preserving them for a lifetime, and of celebrating love, connection, and the poetry of everyday life.
